Delivery & Installation Options Explained

1. Store Pickup (Free):

Pick up your safe directly from our West Sacramento location. While we are happy to assist with loading, you are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped for safe transport. Please note the following before scheduling a pickup:

• Weight Considerations: Safes are extremely heavy. Please consult with a salesperson regarding the safe’s weight and loading requirements.
• Vehicle Requirements: We recommend a pickup truck or trailer. Small vehicles or vans are not suitable. Ensure your vehicle or trailer has appropriate tie-downs for securing the safe.
• Tailgate Removal: Please be prepared to remove your tailgate, as we are unable to assist with this.
• Confirm Product Availability: Call us 24 hours in advance to confirm your safe is ready for pickup at the showroom.

2. Curbside Drop-Off (Starting at $225):

We deliver the boxed and palletized safe to your driveway or garage, provided there is a level concrete pathway. Please note, the safe will remain boxed and palletized, and mileage fees may apply.

3. In-Home Installation (Starting at $325):

This option includes safe placement on the first floor of your home or business, with 0-4 steps, and requires a level, concrete or paved pathway. Safe removal from the pallet and anchoring (if requested) are included under normal conditions. Please ensure that the pathway and foundation can support the weight of the safe and our equipment. Mileage fees may apply.

4. Upstairs/Downstairs Installation (Starting at $475):

This option includes safe delivery and installation involving 4-15 stair steps. Before scheduling the installation, we will need to assess your stairs to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Please bring, text or email photos of your stairs and discuss with our team,  we may request additional information to ensure a smooth installation.

Important: Due to the size and weight of some larger safes, they may not be eligible for upstairs/downstairs delivery. Our team will assess whether your safe can be safely moved to the requested location.

Simple and Transparent Checkout Process

We understand that knowing the exact delivery and installation price is essential for our customers. To provide you with the most accurate pricing based on your location, the delivery cost will be calculated during the checkout process, after you enter your delivery address.

Here’s how it works:

• Choose Your Safe: Browse our selection of high-quality safes and select the one that fits your needs.
• Add to Cart and Enter Your Address: After adding your safe to the cart, you will be prompted to enter your delivery address. This step is necessary to calculate the exact delivery cost based on your location and safe size.
• See Your Delivery Options and Pricing: Once you’ve entered your address, the available delivery and installation options will be displayed, along with the associated costs. This ensures you know exactly what you’re paying for based on your specific location and delivery requirements.
• Complete Your Purchase: Proceed with confidence, knowing your delivery and installation are fully taken care of. If you have any questions during the checkout process, our team is available to assist.

Important Installation Policies

• Post-Tension Slabs (PT Slab): Many homes today have post-tension slab (PT Slab) foundations, which cannot be bolted into. We are not responsible for determining if your home has a PT slab. Alternatives like gluing may be available, but these could damage the floor if the safe is moved.
• Customer Responsibilities: The customer must ensure that pathways, decks, staircases, and foundations are adequate to support the safe, the moving equipment, and our crew. Additional charges may apply for complex installations.
• Right to Decline: We reserve the right to decline any installation that poses a risk of injury or property damage. Safety is our top priority, and all installations are conducted in accordance with our Safety Policy.

Special Circumstances & Storage Fees

If your property has unique access challenges, such as narrow doorways, tight staircases, or steep driveways, please contact us before purchasing so we can discuss the best solution. Storage fees will apply if your safe is not picked up within 30 days ($50/month, increasing to $100/month after six months).
